Respond to sales inquiries, analyze lead trends, and identify new lead generation opportunities
Conduct screening calls, describe our client's offerings, and connect prospects with the appropriate team members
Develop creative solutions for the sales pipeline and marketing efforts
Ensure quality standards and identify service improvements through client meetings
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and consulting teams
You speak English on a near-native level
You have 2+ years of client-facing experience in sales, support, or client success
You have experience handling difficult sales situations and problem resolution
Ideally, you have proficiency with CRM systems and sales data
