As a SailPoint Developer, you will:

• Be responsible for the end-to-end development of applications onboarding, product lifecycle management, documentation, and logging/debugging.
  
• Facilitate and gather requirements from business stakeholders and implement solutions to meet their needs.
  
• Install, integrate, and deploy SailPoint IIQ in client environments.
  
• Design and build custom workflows for access certification, and manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within IIQ.
  
• Implement business application onboarding using Web Service and SCIM connectors.
  
• Customize application onboarding by implementing Aggregation, Connector, and Provisioning Rules.
  
• Modify out-of-the-box workflows to meet client-specific requirements.
  
• Implement Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) events and custom Life Cycle Management (LCM) workflows.
  
• Identify and lead large and complex continuous improvement projects, guiding team members on less complex opportunities.
  
• Build, release, and import Identity Access related changes.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in SailPoint development.
  
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
  
• Hands-on experience in application onboarding and connector development leveraging SailPoint IIQ.
  
• Proficiency in Java and a thorough understanding of IIQ implementation.
  
• Expertise in RestAPI and SCIM API connectors for business application onboarding.
  
• Strong knowledge of Life Cycle Management using IIQ, including custom task definitions, quick links, emails, objects, and reports.
  
• Experience with role provisioning and deprovisioning.
  
• Familiarity with Active Directory Systems, SAP, Salesforce, and Web Service connectors.
  
• Ability to implement custom connectors based on client requirements and design complex approval models for critical application request-based provisioning.
  
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring connectors.
  
• Understanding of enterprise workflows to perform advanced troubleshooting and create advanced workflows.
  
• Experience with the following programming languages: Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
  
• Experience with RestAPI's & Postman client.
  
• Knowledge of web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
  
• Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
  
• Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix/Linux platforms.
