We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Customer Services Team in Maastricht as a Customer Services Employee.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Enter quotes and orders in SAP
  • First point of contact for customers
  • Update customers on order status
  • Manage warranty, return, and credit requests
  • Address complaints regarding invoices, deliveries, etc.
  • Handle internal Nordson requests and other incoming inquiries
  • Proactively follow up on orders

Requirements:

  • Minimum MBO+ degree (commercial or logistics)
  • Understanding of business and supply chain processes
  • Previous experience in customer service or business environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Italian language (written and verbal)
  • Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS-Office; familiarity with SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems
