KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Set up measures and dashboards with partners and local logistics, including data Analysis on transport lead times and costs, NPS, and Co2 Supporting the head of transport with data gathering from Markets and 3PL Supporting project management activities, in particular regarding transport strategy (new services provided by partners and routes expansions) GAP analysis of current transport strategy and identification of improvement solutions Supporting the structuring of transport BCP for the Region Coordinating where necessary, with colleagues from the markets and departments of other shared functions

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Background: Degree in Management Engineering or Economics – or similar Language skills: Fluent in English Organization & Planning: Can orchestrate multiple activities at once. Data & Analytics: Excellent knowledge of the Office package in particular Excel; knowledge of SAP, Microsoft SharePoint, or other digital/analytics tools would be a plus. People Agile: Has empathy, and is an active listener. Results-oriented: Motivated to reach targets. Problem-solving: Able to handle difficult situations and can start again from scratch by thinking out of the box.
