Job Title: Verhuurconsulent

Company: Join our team and be part of the small Rental Team within the Facilities department. In this role, you will be the key player in the rental process of homes and rooms to participants, contributing to their further recovery.

Responsibilities:
  • Requesting data, completing files, and processing changes
  • Allocating properties to participants and drafting lease agreements
  • Organizing viewings and inspections
  • Handling lease terminations and coordinating property preparations for the next tenant
  • Maintaining contact with participants' support staff

Profile:
If you enjoy interacting with people, managing your schedule, and taking care of administrative tasks, this might be the perfect role for you. You should be empathetic yet business-oriented, able to manage your time effectively, and have a keen eye for property maintenance needs.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of vocational education level 4
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region
  • Christian background
