jouw baan alsadministratief medewerker bij de afdeling administratie &account support opSchiphol

Voor de groteklanten op Schiphol verzorgt de afdeling Account Support Schipholalle back-office processen van onze in-house klanten binnen deluchtvaart. Denk hierbij aan klanten als KLM (luchtvaart), G4S(beveiliging) en Axxicom (passagiers begeleiding). Schiphol is eenunieke omgeving; door de hoge veiligheidseisen krijg je te makenmet complexe instroom procedures. Je hebt veel contact met deaccountspecialisten en talenten van de verschillende klanten enbent in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in een team goed samen tewerken.

  • Aanmakenen verwerken van personeels- en salarismutaties bij diverseklanten;
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte en volledige veiligheidsscreening van alonze nieuwe talenten én zittendemedewerkers

  • Beherenvan complexe, klantspecifieke (facturatie)processen
  • Adviserenvan collega's op gebied van hr / administratievevraagstukken;
  • Afsprakenmet flex talenten om support te bieden bijscreeningen/administratie;
  • Supporten adviesgesprekken met talenten en de accountspecialisten overonzedienstverlening.

  • Eenfunctie in schaal 4, 5 of 6 met een bruto maandsalaris tussende €2250 en €3400 (exclusief 8,5% vakantiegeld en 3,8% benefitbudget) afhankelijk vanwerkervaring;

Het huidige team bestaat uit 6collega's, Je standplaats is op Schiphol waar je gratis kanparkeren. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om thuis te werken. De meestecollega's verdelen dit 50/50, en is altijd in goedoverleg
