ICT Helpdesk Support Specialist

Location: Oude Meer (Schiphol-Rijk) Full-time position (32 to 40 hours per week) at VoiceByte

Your Role as ICT Helpdesk Support Specialist / Software Support Specialist / Service Desk Assistant

Joining a relatively small company (9 employees), you will handle 1st line support tasks. Your responsibilities include answering customer inquiries (via email and phone) and resolving their issues related to various services and products such as workstation management, network management, VoIP, printer software, etc.
