Het salaris voor deze positie als operator kan oplopen tot €3.100,- bruto per maand, inclusief ploegentoeslagen. Als deze kans je aanspreekt, nodigen we je uit om verder te lezen, Als operator speel je een cruciale rol bij het optimaliseren van processen en het verhelpen van storingen. Daarnaast ben je constant beschikbaar om je collega's te assisteren, met als gezamenlijk doel het bereiken van een hoogwaardig eindproduct. Binnen de kunststofindustrie en het kader van de drieploegendienst omvatten jouw taken als operator de volgende:
  • Het verrichten van alle in de productie en/of dry color afdeling voorkomende werkzaamheden zoals reinigen, afwegen van grondstoffen, aan- en afvoer van materialen, (de-)montage van apparatuur.
  • Bedienen, controleren en instellen van de productie-installaties.
  • Het werken met interne transportmiddelen.
  • Het invullen en interpreteren van de productie- en afdelingsformulieren.

, In de kunststofindustrie als operator in de 3 ploegendienst beschik jij over:
  • Bereid zijn om fysiek werk te verrichten.
  • Een flinke dosis positieve energie en motivatie.
  • Een technische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld door hobby's zoals sleutelen aan auto's of scooters.
  • Leergierigheid en bereidheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen
