As the Electrical Project Lead, you'll be at the helm of a team of approximately 20 engineers specializing in hardware, software, and mechanical components of the electrical system. Your role will involve coordinating different disciplines to meet project milestones and ensure successful testing and certification activities.

Some of the key responsibilities expected from you in this role include:

  • Lead by example;
  • Deliver engineering results for the production model and vehicle prototype according to schedule;
  • Align disciplines to meet project objectives;
  • Manage team resources effectively;
  • Report progress and flag issues to senior management;
  • Coach team members to enhance their skills;
  • Chair various technical meetings and interact with team members on a daily basis;
  • Actively contribute to building a positive team environment.

Experience in leading interdisciplinary engineering teams, agile methodologies, and a passion for electrical systems and automotive will make you a strong candidate for this position. Being based in the Netherlands or Belgium is a requirement for this role.
