We are looking for a weaving mill operator who:

• Masters the Dutch or English language
• Experience in production and demonstrable technical affinity

Wat bieden wij je?:

What can you expect as a weaving mill operator at Cordstrap?

• Salary between €2,700 and €3,750 gross per month, including shift allowance depending if you start as an operator A, B or C

- €1,000 signing bonus

• Travel allowance
• If you perform well, a contract directly with the company after 3 months
• Fulltime position in 3 shifts with career opportunities

Functieomschrijving:

In the position of weaving mill operator, you work in friendly teams of 3 or 4 people on machines in the belt weaving mill.

As a weaving mill operator you are responsible for, among other things:

• Monitoring the quality of the belt fabric during the weaving process;
• Resolving any errors during the weaving process;
• Changing the machines.
• Organizing a yarn change when bobbins are emptied.
• The logistics process surrounding the production line.
• Managing stock and semifinished products.
• Maintaining the weaving machines
