Head of Human Resources Netherlands, (fulltime)

Key Challenges and Opportunities

The functional HR leader in charge of developing, organizing, and executing all HR strategies for ARLANXEO Netherlands BV and ARLANXEO Holding BV. Responsible for employees in Dutch production site and office locations, managing employment process, relations, development, compensation, safety, compliance, and retention. Partner with Management Team for high-performing teams in alignment with company values and principles. Manage HR team and work with Managing Director. Part of Global HR organization, working closely with international colleagues. Implement International Frameworks, Policies, and Projects.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field
  • Experienced HR Lead with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate international matrix organization
  • Experience in optimizing HR processes and negotiating with Unions
  • Knowledge of Dutch labor law and fluency in Dutch and English
