Doel van de functie

In jouw rol als IT Solution Manager Market To Order ligt jouw eerste verantwoordelijkheid bij het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de applicatie waaronder de performance en de functionele werking. Tevens zal je participeren in één of meer van de vele projecten en continue verbeter initiatieven, die de organisatie klaar moet maken voor de toekomst.

Inhoud van de functie

  • Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van de IT-strategie die aansluit op de doelstellingen binnen Mediq;
  • Je bent betrokken bij het verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen die met SAP worden ondersteund;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van wijzigingsverzoeken vanuit optimalisaties en projecten;
  • Je leidt diverse IT projecten vanaf concept tot implementatie;
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de processen en applicaties;
  • Met diverse stakeholders, collega's en partners onderhoud je contact;
  • Pro-actief denk je mee aan het verbeteren van processen die met SAP worden ondersteund.

Requirements

Mediq Global IT bestaat uit 3 afdelingen (Infra, Web Digital en Applications). Het bestaat uit vier Scrum-teams die portalen en e-Health oplossingen biedt voor honderdduizenden patiënten en zorg professionals. Er wordt gewerkt in sprints en SAP-releases.

  • Je hebt een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding met richting bedrijfskunde, logistiek, economie of ICT;
  • Je hebt 8 jaar+ ervaring met SAP CRM, in het bijzonder op het gebied Service Management;
  • Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met SAP ECC en SAP C4C (Sales Cloud);
  • Ervaring met ABAP debuggen, interfacing en IDoc processing is een pré;
  • Je bent een uitstekende proces denker en je bent gewend met werken in multidisciplinaire teams;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, in deze rol ben jij de spil tussen IT en gebruikersorganisaties;
  • Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal- en schrijfvaardigheid.
