Jouw baan als Working CapitalController
Als Working Capital Controller werk jenauw samen met je collega's en je Manager. Je bent een belangrijkespeler in het facturatieproces van dit Advocatenkantoor. Jouw takenzijn onder andere het invoeren van gegevens in de financiëlesystemen, begeleiden van assistenten in Belfast die de facturenopstellen en ervoor zorgen dat maandelijkse targets in het systeemstaan. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het:

  • controleren van opgesteldefacturen.
  • correct en op tijd boeken vanfacturen.
  • verzenden van facturen naarklanten.
  • opstellen van updates en overzichten vankosten.

Jouw werkplek
Jekomt terecht in het Finance team. Onderdeel van dit team is deafdeling Billing en hier kom jij te werken. Deze afdeling zorgtervoor dat het werk van de advocaten wordt omgezet in facturen. Ditteam verzorgt de facturering voor alle afdelingen, maakt financiëleoverzichten voor interne en externe klanten en zorgt ervoor datfacturen op tijd betaald worden. Het team bestaat uit 7werkkapitaalbeheerders en wordt geleid door dewerkkapitaalmanager.

Ook is het belangrijk om voor deze functie goedhet overzicht tekunnen bewaren, aangezien jij er onder andereverantwoordelijk voor bent dat de updates en overzichten van kostenworden opgesteld. Verder beschik je over:

  • hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • ervaringmet Excel.
