Proseco – Global Security HEINEKEN, is op zoek naar een ervaren Control Room Operator om het Team Protection & Support te versterken. In deze functie werk je zelfstandig in de Global Security Control Room en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beveiligen van eigendommen met behulp van CCTV en het ondersteunen van HEINEKEN reizigers over de hele wereld. Ook bied je hulp aan andere teams bij hun beveiligingswerkzaamheden voor HEINEKEN regio's, individuen en evenementen.

Wat ga je doen als Operator controlroom?

  • Camera surveillance: Actief zoeken naar afwijkend gedrag of situaties via het uitgebreide CCTV netwerk. Snel en adequaat reageren indien nodig.
  • Global assistance: Ondersteunen van HEINEKEN expats en zakenreizigers telefonisch en adviseren om hun vragen of problemen op te lossen.
  • Intelligence: Monitoren van real-time openbare bronnen en op maat gemaakte systemen voor het verzamelen van security informatie. Delen van relevante informatie met belanghebbenden.
  • Administratieve werkzaamheden: Zorgvuldig opslaan en archiveren van informatie en gedetailleerde overdracht aan collega's aan het einde van de dienst.
  • Ondersteuning teams: Centrum waar veel informatie binnenkomt en verspreid moet worden om de taken van andere Proseco teams soepel te laten verlopen.

Wie ben jij?

Opleiding: MBO werk- en denkniveau, diploma Beveiliger-2 of meldkameropleiding. EHBO diploma en predictive profing zijn een pre.

Werkervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in beveiliging en meldkamer werkzaamheden; Goede vaardigheden in MS Office.

Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Profiel: Zelfstandig en teamspeler, probleemoplossend, communicatief sterk, kan multitasken en werken onder druk.
