Job description

Als HSE Lead zorg jij ervoor dat NL Operations voldoet aan alle relevante internationale en nationale voorschriften op het gebied van gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu (HSE). Je ondersteunt de HSE Manager North Sea bij alle regelgevende verantwoordelijkheid bij de dagelijkse operatie en adviseert jouw collega's over de risico's met betrekking tot HSE.

Jouw takenpakket:
Je waarborgt de implementatie van HSE-programma's, voert risicobeoordelingen uit, identificeert van toekomstige verbeteringen en deelt best practices. Je ondersteunt interne HSE-trainingen, voert interne audits uit op het vaste land en offshore en ondersteunt audits van aannemers en derden. Monitort en analyseert de effectiviteit van HSE in Nederland. Je stelt KPI's vast op het gebied van HSE ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming op managementniveau. Je ondersteunt de HSE Manager North Sea bij het onderhouden van het BMS volgens de ISO-14001 en ISO 45001 normen. Je zorgt voor duidelijkheid over verwachtingen en het ondersteunen van het HSE-team en individuen om te voldoen aan het eisen van het BMS. Je beheert het HSE-budget en levert resultaten en kosten, baten en risico's.

Job requirements

Wat verwachten wij van jou:
Je hebt een Bachelor of Master- diploma in een technische of milieu gerelateerde richting Vertrouwd met UK en Nederlandse HSE-wetgeving met betrekking tot de olie- en gasindustrie Je hebt ongeveer 10 jaar ervaring als HSE- of milieu professional Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed
