If you are looking for such an enjoyable job, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a new Executive Secretary to support CFO RGN Peter Heere and his 4 Finance MT members.



Responsibilities:

- Act as an extension of the CFO and the 4 MT members, actively contributing with thoughts and distinguishing between essential and secondary matters.
- Play a visible role within the Finance department, ensuring cohesion.
- Serve as a connecting element in the Finance organization, overseeing harmony.
- Manage secretarial duties focused on organization, planning, and scheduling internal and external appointments.
- Ensure processes and actions are followed up on efficiently, maintaining smooth operations and bringing structure.
- Demonstrate flexibility, provide structure where necessary, and understand priorities, serving as a signal point for the directors.
- Assist in organizing team-building events and other activities within the Finance department, emphasizing both organization and atmosphere.



Location:

You will be the point of contact for various finance teams, predominantly based in Diemen. Hence, it is essential that you work (mostly) from Diemen.



Requirements:
  • - HBO level of education and experience in a similar role (e.g., secretary/management assistant).
  • - Ability to plan, structure, handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
    - Proficient in setting priorities and making decisions.
    - Strong communication skills, sensitivity.
    - Proactive and positive attitude.
    - Available for at least 24 hours per week.
