This position can be filled on a part-time or full-time basis.
As the Global Head (f/m/d) Digitalization and Project Enablement, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a team for digitalization and transformation initiatives. Together with your team you will drive the implementation of strategies to bring to bear digital technologies and processes across Hire-to-Retire operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of all operational units to implement digital solutions, identify new opportunities for digitalization, and improve efficiency. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to shape the digital future of our HR services and contribute to crafting a workplace that embraces diversity and innovation.

  • Drive innovation and change at H2R
  • Enable process digitalization including RPA and increasing the digitalization quotient of H2R processes
  • Prioritize and implement digitalization roadmap in alignment with strategic business priorities and operational needs according to budget
  • Continually challenge the current operations and methods to identify optimization opportunities by applying Lean/Six Sigma
  • Support global project initiatives

  • You enjoy trying out new things and discovering your own boundaries and limits. It is important for you to continually strive to improve. Failure acts as a motivator to try a different approach and assimilate the lessons learned.
  • You have strong education credentials, preferably an MBA, and many years of professional experience. Advanced degrees or certifications in Vendor Management are a plus, and shown experience in vendor management, particularly within the HR space
