As the Global Head (f/m/d) Digitalization and Project Enablement, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a team for digitalization and transformation initiatives. Together with your team you will drive the implementation of strategies to bring to bear digital technologies and processes across Hire-to-Retire operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of all operational units to implement digital solutions, identify new opportunities for digitalization, and improve efficiency. • Drive innovation and change at H2R
• Enable process digitalization including RPA and increasing the digitalization quotient of H2R processes
• Prioritize and implement digitalization roadmap in alignment with strategic business priorities and operational needs according to budget
• Continually challenge the current operations and methods to identify optimization opportunities by applying Lean/Six Sigma

• You have strong education credentials, preferably an MBA, and many years of professional experience. Advanced degrees or certifications in Vendor Management are a plus, and shown experience in vendor management, particularly within the HR space
