Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of frequent daily contact for SFDC users
  • Facilitate meetings with relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Provide ongoing support and system administration to quickly troubleshoot and fix production issues.
  • Develop and publish reports and metrics as required
  • Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards
  • Create and maintain users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, price books and approval workflows
  • Manage mass imports and exports of data to ensure data quality
  • Work to continually improve processes
  • Help manage custom data integrations with various internal data sources including order processing, invoicing, and credit management
  • Create training materials and user documentation using MS Word, PowerPoint, and other tools. Maintain such documentation as business needs evolve
  • Train users on enhancements, new functionality and conduct new user training in formal "classroom" environment, via video conferencing or by other means
  • Establish and implement best practices regarding system maintenance and improvements, configuration development, testing, data integrity, backups
  • Conduct Test and QA of enhancements/changes using sandbox and coordinate the testing with the Verathon IT Team
  • Maintain Salesforce certifications
  • Serve as lead administrator for creating and building major system enhancements including multiobject processes and new features
  • Design and build custom objects

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, or similar degree
  • Professional working proficiency in English and one other language preferred: Dutch, French or German.
  • 2+ years of handson experience administering SFDC (in a 200+ user environment with multiple departments working in the system)
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools (i.e Pardot) preferred
  • Experience evaluating and implementing/optimizing CPQ tools a plus
  • Experience supporting an international user base is preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills, especially VLOOKUP and pivot tables, are required
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to make tradeoffs
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, manage changing priorities and workload Customercentric
  • Able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams
  • Understand the big picture, the logic and intent behind processes, businessprocess oriented thinker, detailoriented as well as highlevel understanding of our processes and the reason behind them
