Wat ga je doen?

Als Pricing Manager bij YoungCapital in Hoofddorp ben jij de expert op het gebied van kostprijsoptimalisatie. Jij weet als geen ander de waarde van ons onderscheidende vermogen door te vertalen in prijsstelling. De baan met impact, veel vrijheid en eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Jij fungeert als adviseur en sparringpartner op het gebied van strategische prijsbepaling voor onze business & het management. Dit betekent dat je continu schakelt tussen onze operationele en commerciële teams, finance en ons management. Je weet complexe informatie op een begrijpelijke manier over te brengen, bent in staat om mee te bewegen met diverse belangen met als doel onze verkoopmarges te optimaliseren en om te zetten in concrete prijsvoorstellen. Deze uitdagende functie van Pricing Manager bij YoungCapital wordt gekenmerkt door autonomie, eigen inbreng en focus op continue verbetering.

EEN GREEP UIT JOUW TAKEN EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

Jaarlijks vaststellen van pricing voor de klanten van YoungCapital, zowel nationaal als internationaal; Strategische advisering bij tenders en Europese aanbestedingen op het vlak van rendement en pricing; Ontwikkelen van prijsmodellen op basis van de analyses op klanten, uitzendkrachten en vestigingen; Intern schakelen tussen de operatie en finance om tot de juiste prijsstelling en onderbouwing daarvan te komen; Gesprekspartner voor inkopers aan de klantzijde en onderhandelen over de prijsstelling en de opbouw van de pricing; Continu bewaken van compliance zodat voldaan kan worden aan alle fiscale en sociale eisen op het gebied van wet- en regelgeving waaronder loonbelasting en sociale premies; De systemen en procedures up-to-date houden en periodiek de ontwikkelingen van alle wet- en regelgeving monitoren en vertalen in de lopende processen; Beantwoorden van complexe vragen met betrekking tot pricing; Eindverantwoordelijk voor de inrichting van de strategische en klant kostprijzen in de systemen voor loonverwerking en financiële administratie.

TEAM
Naast dat je samenwerkt met veel verschillende stakeholders binnen de organisatie, ben jij vast onderdeel van een gezellig en hecht team waar o.a. de specialismen tax, social return & quality improving samenkomen. We werken graag regelmatig met elkaar op kantoor en gaan voor continue verbetering. Zo houden we elkaar scherp. Sparren, kennis delen en plezier maken kunnen we je garanderen in deze rol. Je deelt flexibel je eigen agenda in, waardoor thuiswerken ook geen probleem is.

Wat wij vragen:

Minimaal een hbo-diploma; Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen strategisch pricing management, business control, commercial control of fiscale dienstverlening op het gebied van loonheffingen; Je bent sociaal zeer vaardig en weet gemakkelijk op verschillende niveaus te communiceren; Je vindt het geen probleem om voor de groep te staan en weet op een heldere manier complexe informatie over te brengen; Je hebt een ijzersterk analytisch vermogen en weet dit voor je te laten werken in combinatie met jouw commerciële instelling; Je weet snel en gemakkelijk verbanden te leggen en door te vertalen naar concrete acties; Je durft te signaleren, hebt overtuigingskracht en bent nieuwsgierig naar ontwikkelingen in de markt
