Als medewerker van deserviceafdeling ben je de spil tussen de klant en de interneorganisatie. Je houdt je bezig met de klantacquisitie en hetonderhouden daarvan. Jij bent projectmanager over je eigen klanten.Je werkt oplossingsgericht bij het afhandelen van diversevraagstukken. Een van de belangrijkste taken is onder andere hetgereed maken van contracten, naar het uitleveren van offertes. Veelvoorkomende vraagstukken zijn het maken van rapportages, verwerkenvan bestellingen, mutaties, klachten,leveringen,opzeggingen enoperationeel.Gezien de diversiteit van onze klanten en deuitgebreide dienstverlening biedt ieder contact een nieuweuitdaging. In de interne organisatie ben je de directe schakeltussen de afdeling sales, productie,distributie enmagazijn.
