The work is described in the work instructions, but your experienced colleagues will of course be happy to help you.

You will perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly work.
assembling parts to the bus. Working at VDL means working for a company with two feet on the (business) floor. VDL is proud of their products and people. They have the combination of development and production under one roof. This allows you to immediately see the result of what you and your colleagues have come up with.
