Work as a Junior Doctor in Cardiology

As a Junior Doctor in Cardiology, you will be responsible for the care, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with various cardiac conditions, both in clinical and emergency settings. You will work in the Cardiology ward, the Cardiac Care Unit, and the First Heart Aid department. Additionally, you will be part of the resuscitation team and conduct consultations for other departments. From prevention and risk stratification to coronary intervention, you will experience the full spectrum of cardiovascular patients. Moreover, you will perform echocardiograms during resuscitations, carry out electrocardioversions, and attend to STEMI patients. If you aim to gain extensive medical knowledge and expertise in cardiology in a short period, then this is the place to be.

Our Heart Center

Our Heart Center includes a Cardiology ward, a First Heart Aid department (EHH), Cardiac Care Unit (CCU), and an Interventional Cardiology department. The cardiology outpatient clinic and functional department are also part of the Heart Center care unit. You will collaborate with a friendly team of cardiologists, junior doctors (both Junior Doctors in Non-specialist Training and Specialist Registrars), and physician assistants. It is a hardworking team that supports each other and enjoys learning from one another.
