What Will You Do?

You will lead the bids for challenging projects effectively. You will invest in establishing a good relationship with the client, both in terms of content and rapport. By delving into the client's needs, you will translate them into opportunities by utilizing knowledge, innovation, and partnerships intelligently. Together with your team, you will fill in all the variables of a solid tender strategy. You will motivate your colleagues to contribute from their expertise and collectively come up with an offer that clients cannot resist.

Here's what you will do:

• You will guide and oversee the entire tender process from A to Z, leading, coaching, and motivating the tender team.
• You will ensure the correct alignment of all aspects of the tender and that they are well-coordinated.
• You will engage in discussions with clients to optimize meeting their wishes and needs.
• You will keep internal and external stakeholders informed to ensure broad support for your tenders.

Where Will You Work?

You will join the Acquisition Department at the IRP branch. Here, you will collaborate with a diverse team of around fifteen people to address the qualitative, substantive, and cost-effective approach to tenders. As a tender manager, you will engage with many other colleagues from specialized business units within Heijmans. With numerous specialties represented within Heijmans, you can turn to someone for any challenge.

Moreover, you have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• At least five years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with tender processes and contract management.
• Recent experience leading a team in a commercial environment.
