Omschrijving
Als HR-stagiaire ondersteun je het HR-team in de uitvoering van verschillende werkzaamheden en projecten. Het HR-team is verdeeld in drie afdelingen: Fabriek, Commercie en Europa. Vanuit jouw functie ondersteun je alle drie de afdelingen, maar je focus ligt op Commercie en Europa.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Je ondersteunt in de HR-administratie, waaronder het digitale proces rondom in-, door
- en uitstroom van de 300 medewerkers in Europa (excl. Frankrijk).
- Je denkt mee in het optimaliseren van werkprocessen binnen HR en werkt dit uit.
- Samen met de HR-officer, bewaak je het werving en selectieproces van nieuwe collega's en stagiaires. Je schrijft vacature teksten, plant afspraken en voert sollicitatiegesprekken.
- Jij zorgt dat onze nieuwe collega's goed ontvangen worden Je helpt bij de onboarding dagen en monitort de onboarding periode.
- Je bent zichtbaar voor onze collega's en zij kunnen bij jou terecht voor allerlei HR vragen. Uiteraard doe je dit samen met de rest van het team.
- Je bent betrokken bij verschillende projecten, zoals:
- Het optimaliseren van de pladis Academy.
- Het organiseren van verschillende trainingen.
- 'Inclusion & Diversity' initiatieven.
- Je leert werken met Workday. Workday is het (internationale) personeelsinformatiesysteem waar we binnen pladis mee werken.
- Er is ruimte voor een onderzoek, indien dit van de opleiding verlangt wordt.
Wie ben jij
- Je bent een 3e of 4e jaars student HBO Human Resource Management of soortgelijk.
- Jouw stageperiode is mínimaal 5 maanden, vanaf februari 2023.
- Vloeiend in de Nederlandse
- en Engelse taal.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent doortastend.
- Je bent enthousiast, nieuwsgierig en wil graag leren
Wat wij bieden

Je werkt gedeeltelijk vanuit Zaandam en de stagevergoeding bedraagt €400;
- per maand op basis van fulltime en heel veel koekjes

Koninklijke Verkade Nederland is opgericht in 1886 in Zaandam. Een oer-Hollands bedrijf in een internationale omgeving. Koninklijke Verkade heeft de ambitie om de meest gewaardeerde merkenfabrikant te zijn, met de merken Verkade en Sultana. Ruim 300 ambitieuze en gemotiveerde medewerkers werken dagelijks met plezier aan de sterke marktposities van onze merken binnen de categorieën biscuits, tussendoor en chocolade. Hiermee voorzien wij in de dagelijkse behoeften van de consumenten en klanten. Duurzaamheid en efficiency zijn hierbij belangrijke pijlers.
