Als medewerker van de serviceafdeling ben je de spil tussen de klant en de interne organisatie. Je houdt je bezig met de klantacquisitie en het onderhouden daarvan. Jij bent projectmanager over je eigen klanten. Je werkt oplossingsgericht bij het afhandelen van diverse vraagstukken. Een van de belangrijkste taken is onder andere het gereed maken van contracten, naar het uitleveren van offertes. Veel voorkomende vraagstukken zijn het maken van rapportages, verwerken van bestellingen, mutaties, klachten,leveringen,opzeggingen en de diversiteit van onze klanten en de uitgebreide dienstverlening biedt ieder contact een nieuwe uitdaging. In de interne organisatie ben je de directe schakel tussen de afdeling sales, productie,distributie en magazijn.
