Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a safety and wellbeing culture
- Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain high quality, productivity, and meet business goals across shifts
- Support and lead a team, manage administrative tasks, and foster a strong team culture
- Analyze performance, suggest process enhancements, and optimize work for better customer service
- Collaborate with managers to standardize shift processes
A Day in Your Life:
Working shifts at operational sites, you'll focus on team safety and site-wide standards. You'll ensure process efficiency and handle routine team management tasks, individual escalations, process improvements, and operational planning.
As a vital part of the operations team, you'll work with colleagues and partners to meet customer demands. Analyzing data with business leaders and discussing technical improvements with engineers will be part of your collaborative efforts.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (or working towards one)
- Advanced proficiency in English and local language
- Relevant experience in data analysis
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in stakeholder communication
- Logistical working background
- Proficiency with MS Office suite in a professional setting
