Proposal Manager

Als Proposal Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en beheren van het Proposal proces, met het oog op de ontwikkeling van haalbare en effectieve projectvoorstellen en (lange termijn) contracten welke passen binnen de risk-appetite van Stork Gears and Services. Je vindt het uitdagend om winnende bids te ontwikkelen. Dit doe je door informatie binnen de organisatie op te halen bij verschillende kennisdragers, waarbij je zelf ook content bijdraagt om potentiële klanten van onze meerwaarde te overtuigen.

Wat ga jij doen?

Je begeleidt zelfstandig het proces van aanvraag tot opdracht, jaagt op eigen initiatief het proces na en verzamelt informatie teneinde de aanbiedingsdatum te halen; Dit doe je door interne stakeholders te betrekken vanuit de afdelingen Sales, Operations, en Engineering en doet hierbij naar eigen inzicht op het juiste moment een beroep op andere ondersteunende diensten zoals Legal, HR en Procurement; Je zorgt voor consequente, tijdige en accurate communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen; Je stelt offertes op samen met de werkvoorbereiding en controleert deze op volledigheid, juistheid en punctualiteit. Tevens stuur je aan op een tijdige controle van begrotingen en technische specificaties op volledigheid en juistheid; Je faciliteert in het overhandigen van gewonnen contracten aan de operatie, welke eindverantwoordelijk zal zijn voor de uitvoering van het project en blijft betrokken in de uitvoering bij het verwerken van meer-/minderwerk op lopende projecten.

Wat neem je mee?

Als persoon ben je ondernemend, straal je energie uit en communiceer je gemakkelijk. Ook ben je commercieel ingesteld, sta je stevig in je schoenen en neem je graag je verantwoordelijkheid in een dynamische, internationale werkomgeving. Verder heb je: Een afgeronde HBO opleiding met een technisch/commerciële achtergrond, of beschikt over aantoonbaar HBO werk- en denkniveau in een soortgelijke richting; Minimaal 2 jaar gewerkt in een soortgelijke rol waarin je ervaring hebt opgedaan met het schrijven van offertes, aanbestedingen en contract- en risicomanagement, bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving; Een klantgerichte instelling en hebt geen moeite met werken onder tijdsdruk; Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in zowel woord en geschift; Kennis van werken met CRM en ERP-systemen en kan goed werken met MS-office.

Wat bieden wij?

Een bruto maandsalaris dat kan oplopen tot €6.600,- o.b.v. 40 uur per week.
