About the Role

If you're an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ambitious Project Manager, we're interested in working with you. We're on the lookout for a Project Manager to join our team, offering you a platform to advance in your career with a focus on personal development. The chosen candidate(s) will oversee the management of multiple medium-sized projects. You'll implement industry best practices to ensure your team is motivated to meet customer requirements and business specifications on time, within budget, and with an unwavering commitment to quality. Within Siemens, we strive to create an optimal environment for project success, and you'll play a pivotal role in enabling your team to flourish.

Area of Responsibility

  • Successfully manage several software implementation projects with customers in the Benelux region
  • Proactively seek innovation and implement best practices within your team
  • Be a proactive change agent to uphold project plan commitments by identifying scope changes in advance and taking necessary planning measures
  • Take charge of the key Project success criteria and empower your team to deliver the necessary project deliverables
  • Efficiently manage Project resources, providing resource forecasts as required
  • Handle customer stakeholders and their expectations
  • Ensure the successful financial aspects of the project (budgeting, billing, forecasting)
  • Create and maintain essential Project documentation
  • Collaborate with technical counterparts to translate customer requirements into clear business objectives
  • Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • A proven track record in project delivery: Time Management, Organisational skills, Risk Management, Budgeting, project administration, and performance tracking
  • Experience as a Project Manager; delivering software implementations for external customers. You possess an agile mindset, coupled with confidence, energy, and enthusiasm. Leading a diverse group of individuals energizes you
  • An ability to think strategically and tactically to handle project-related issues and collaboratively resolve them with your team
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills; adept at crafting a compelling narrative
  • Having a Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus
