Marketing Specialist - Install
About the Role
In this position, you will oversee and execute all marketing activities for HARMAN Professional Solution's installed audio, video, and lighting brands throughout EMEA. You will collaborate with the EMEA Marketing Director and the EMEA Heads of Audio, Video, and Lighting to boost the commercial success of the category. Leveraging your industry knowledge and understanding of our target customers, you will raise brand awareness and foster strong engagement with our customers.

What You Will Do:
  • Collaborate with EMEA Sr. Marketing Manager Install and EMEA Heads of Audio, Video and Lighting to drive the commercial success of the categories
  • Assess business marketing needs, advise on new ideas and initiatives, and support strategic priorities
  • Ensure excellence in executing marketing activities, collaborating closely with channel & product teams
  • Work with various internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns and manage external agencies and suppliers as needed
  • Collaborate with distribution partners, develop content strategy, and drive improvements in CRM usage
  • Leverage industry network to shape category strategy and provide insights
  • Create B2B trade press for Harman's install category through AV trade publications
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and drive improvements in data-driven decision making
  • Participate in special projects and contribute to building customer segmentation
  • Share knowledge to enhance team's thinking and remove operational barriers

What You Need:
  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the AV and Lighting industry
  • Deep understanding of content marketing, CRM, and B2B marketing trends
  • Proven track record of innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive transformation in B2B marketing
  • Strong self-management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in international environments and willingness to travel
  • Proficient in project management, data-driven decision making, and organization
