- We zijn per direct op zoek naar een bekwame en zeer gemotiveerde Site Construction Supervisor om ons Principal Delivery Project Management team te versterken. Deze rol is gespecialiseerd in Real Estate bouwprojecten. De ideale kandidaat heeft mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de bouwsector, met een focus op het coördineren van site-activiteiten, het waarborgen van project tijdschema's en kwaliteitsnormen, het onderhouden van contacten met aannemers en leveranciers ter plaatse, en het ondersteunen van ons Principal Delivery team bij het bereiken van succesvolle resultaten voor onze klanten in heel Nederland. Deze rol is cruciaal bij het faciliteren van efficiënte projectuitvoering, het onderhouden van duidelijke communicatie tussen belanghebbenden, en het toezicht houden op de dagelijkse bouwplaat operaties, inclusief pre-bouw mobilisaties en definitieve overdrachten aan klanten.
- **Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:

- 1.Site Coördinatie en Management:_
- Fungeren als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor alle activiteiten op de bouwplaats, coördineren met onderaannemers, leveranciers en projectteams om een soepele projectuitvoering te waarborgen.
- Dagelijkse bouwactiviteiten monitoren om naleving van projectplannen, tijdschema's en veiligheidsvoorschriften te waarborgen.
- Regelmatige (HSE) site-inspecties en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren om vakmanschap en naleving van specificaties te verifiëren.
- 2.Ondersteuning aan ons Principal Delivery Project Management team:_
- Assisteren van ons project delivery team bij het ontwikkelen van projectschema's, budgetten en Programma's van Eisen.
- Nauw samenwerken met projectteamleden om de voortgang van het project te volgen, potentiële risico's te identificeren en oplossingen voor te stellen om problemen te mitigeren.
- Voorbereiden en onderhouden van projectdocumentatie, inclusief rapporten, notulen van vergaderingen en correspondentie.
- 3.Communicatie en Stakeholder Engagement:_
- Faciliteren van communicatie tussen projectteams, aannemers en lokale belanghebbenden om projectvereisten aan te pakken en problemen snel op te lossen.
- Fungeren als een liaison tussen de projectsite en ons Principal Delivery team, het verstrekken van updates over de projectstatus en het escaleren van kritieke zaken indien nodig.
- Positieve relaties met lokale klanten bevorderen, ervoor zorgen dat hun behoeften en verwachtingen gedurende de projectlevenscyclus worden voldaan.
- 4.Gezondheid, Veiligheid en Compliance:_
- Naleven van CBRE's QHSE normen en vereisten.
- Strikte naleving van gezondheids-, veiligheids
- en milieuvoorschriften op de site afdwingen.
- Implementeren en monitoren van site-specifieke veiligheidsprotocollen en procedures.
- Zorgen dat alle bouwactiviteiten voldoen aan lokale bouwcodes en voorschriften.
- Het noodzakelijke VCA-certificaat behouden (of kort na aanvang verkrijgen) met betrekking tot VGM: Veiligheid, Gezondheid, Milieu.
- 5.Logistiek en Resource Management:_
- Coördineren van site-logistiek, inclusief materiaalleveringen, beschikbaarheid van apparatuur en coördinatie van de arbeidskrachten.
- Coördineren met inkoop om tijdige levering van materialen en apparatuur te waarborgen ter ondersteuning van bouwactiviteiten.
- Optimaliseren van resource toewijzing om productiviteit te maximaliseren en projectkosten te mínimaliseren.

**Kwalificaties en Vaardigheden**:

- Bachelor's degree in Bouwmanagement, Civiele Techniek, of een gerelateerd veld is gewenst.
- Bewezen ervaring (2+ jaar) in site coördinatie en/of bouwmanagement, specifiek binnen bedrijf onroerend goed projecten.
- Sterk begrip van bouwprocessen, methoden en materialen.
- Ervaring met projectmanagement software en tools (bijv. Microsoft Project), en een bereidheid om nieuwe te leren.
- Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden met het vermogen om taken te prioriteren en meerdere deadlines te beheren.
- Effectieve communicatie
- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om samen te werken binnen multidisciplinaire teams.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen en aandacht voor detail.
- Kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften en beste praktijken in de bouw.
- Sterke kennis van de Nederlandse bouwmarkt en bouwcode voorschriften.
- Bereidheid om te blijven, leren en groeien binnen het Principal Delivery team.

**Aanvullende informatie**:

- Dit is een fulltime functie gebaseerd rond projectsites, waarbij flexibiliteit in werktijden vereist is om bouwschema's te accommoderen.
- Een geldig rijbewijs is vereist omdat dagelijks reizen naar sites en CBRE-kantoren in het hele land vereist is.
