Jouw mogelijkheden als Director Transition & Utilities bij Capgemini Invent

Als Director Energy Transition & Utilities heb je twee belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden. Een groot deel van je tijd besteed je aan het begeleiden van de mooiste transformatieprojecten voor de energiesector. Samen met opdrachtgevers stippel je de strategie uit om hun aandeel in de energietransitie te versnellen. Of om hun ambities op het gebied van duurzaamheid te realiseren. Hoe inspirerend is het om daarbij samen te werken met collega's die net zo gedreven zijn als jij als het gaat om duurzame en digitale innovaties? Daarnaast heb je een sleutelrol bij de verdere groei van de market unit Energy Transition & Utilities in Capgemini Invent. Welke richting gaan we op en hoe dragen we die uit naar de markt én andere businessunits binnen Capgemini? Jij onderzoekt welke mogelijkheden er liggen voor offerings en maatwerkoplossingen die aansluiten bij de behoeften van onze klanten. Ook deel je onze meerwaarde door verbinding te maken met de sector. Je krijgt daarbij de vrijheid om jouw functie grotendeels zelf in te vullen. En kunt rekenen op een thuisbasis waar jouw werkgeluk voorop staat

  • Je begeleidt uitdagende transformatieprojecten bij de opdrachtgever in de energiesector en coacht daarbij een team van enthousiaste consultants. Denk aan projecten als het ontwerpen van strategieën, verder brengen van digitale innovaties en het leiden van (digitale) transformaties. Je brengt de verschillende skills en expertises in jouw team samen om de beste oplossing naar de klant te brengen.
  • Je bent een trusted advisor als het gaat om de energiesector voor voornamelijk het management en CxO's. Daarbij werk je samen op basis van heldere targets en wederzijds commitment.
  • Je zoekt binnen Capgemini internationaal de samenwerking op om nóg meer waarde te creëren voor de sector Energy & Utilities en jouw team.
  • Daarnaast help je bij het bouwen van een community om onze industrie-expertise en consulting skills verder te ontwikkelen.
