Job Description: As a Verzorgende IG at our company, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure our clients receive the support they need to continue living comfortably and safely at home. Your tasks will include personal care, medication management, wound care, and providing emotional support to clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and eating
• Administering medication as prescribed and maintaining medication records
• Performing nursing procedures, such as wound care and injections
• Observing and reporting changes in clients' health condition
• Communicating with caregivers and other healthcare providers to coordinate care
• Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for the client

Job Requirements:

• Verzorgende IG Level 3 diploma
• Registration in the quality register for Verzorgenden IG
• Experience in home care is desirable but not required
• Excellent communication skills and empathy
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within established guidelines
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends
• Driver's license B required, own transportation is preferable
