Support Coordinator

We are looking for a Support Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that their inquiries are answered in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They should also have experience in customer service and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of customer service software and databases
