What You'll Do:

As a key member of the EMEA sales team reporting to the EMEA Senior Sales Manager for Performance Coatings, you will play a crucial role in implementing the growth strategy for our Performance Coatings Additives portfolio by overseeing sales activities.

The role will be predominantly home-based in Belgium or The Netherlands, with regular visits to our European additives sites.

  • Understand, develop, and promote the LUBRIZOL Coating Value Proposition.
  • Lead sales and market development initiatives to drive business growth for designated EMEA key accounts.
  • Create and execute Key Account business plans, identifying market opportunities, and supporting product launches.
  • Build strong internal networks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
  • Cultivate a customer-centric approach, shifting from product sales to solutions provider.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in Global and Key Account Management, with a minimum of 5 years in the coating additives industry.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering above-market growth and implementing value selling programs.
  • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
