Wij zoeken een enthousiaste collega met ambitie binnen het sales- en projectmanagement en het actief begeleiden van internationale projecten Het Internationale BDO netwerk telt meer dan 1.500 vestigingen in meer dan 162 landen. De Global Outsourcing praktijk draagt zorg voor de inrichting en coördinatie van onze internationale projecten op het gebied van fiscaliteit, payroll en accountancy.

De fiscale en accountancy werkzaamheden bij onze internationale klanten worden direct verzorgd door onze diverse BDO collega's in het buitenland. Deze werkzaamheden worden centraal gecoördineerd en gemonitord door de Global Outsourcing afdeling.

Dit ga je doen

Als Manager Sales en Implementaties vervul je een zichtbare rol binnen de afdeling waarbij je zorg draagt voor de sales en implementatie trajecten met klanten en prospects binnen BDO. Je rapporteert aan de Partner Global Outsourcing. Met jouw combinatie van sales en accounting, payroll en/of tax achtergrond neem je het voortouw in sales trajecten met presentaties en offertes. Vervolgens begeleid je de implementatie van het project waarin je optimaal jouw project management skills benut. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het maken van afspraken met de klanten en de buitenlandse BDO firms om de dienstverlening naar klanten zo optimaal mogelijk te laten verlopen en legt deze uiteindelijk vast in overeenkomsten. Hierin word je ondersteund door een coördinator.

Daarnaast beheer je een portefeuille met bestaande opdrachten binnen Global Outsourcing waarvan de uitwerking in handen is van een coördinator. Deze coördinatie wordt ondersteund door onze state of the art tooling op het gebied van internationale payroll, tax en accounting compliance. Tevens ben je contactpersoon voor onze klanten en bewaak je de voortgang van het project. In deze functie werk je veel samen met BDO'ers in Nederland en onze firms internationaal. Je zorgt dat de resultaten binnen de vooraf gestelde budget-, tijd- en kwaliteitseisen worden behaald en hebt hiervoor regelmatig contact met onze collega's in het buitenland.

Zichtbare rol in sales en offertetrajecten door middel van presentaties en het maken van offertes; Leidende rol bij implementaties van nieuwe klanten en compliance projecten; Beheer van jouw portfolio aan klanten samen met een coördinator; Het maken van heldere werk- en fee-afspraken met klanten, prospects en BDO firms en deze vastleggen in (concept)overeenkomsten; Communicatie met collega's en klanten over onze dienstverlening in binnen- en buitenland.

Functie-eisen

Je hebt HBO+ werk- en denkniveau aangevuld met 4 tot 5 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van projectmanagement binnen de zakelijke dienstverlening en bij voorkeur binnen een Business Process Outsourcing dienstverlener; Je hebt affiniteit met en bij voorkeur werkervaring in de accountancy en fiscaliteit internationaal; Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend, zowel in woord als geschrift; Je bent accuraat, stressbestendig, proactief en hebt een commerciële instelling; Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden, bent representatief en door onze cultuur van 'samen doe je meer dan alleen' ben je een échte teamplayer; Je hebt ervaring in aansturing van projecten; Je hebt kennis van Lean en bijbehorende verbetertrajecten.
