Je komt te werken bij HealthLink Europe, onderdeel van Base Logistics Group, in Waalwijk. HealthLink is specialist in logistieke totaaloplossingen voor bedrijven in de medische sector. Ons werk is cruciaal. We zorgen ervoor dat operaties doorgaan, diabetici tijdig hun insuline krijgen en chirurgische instrumenten veilig worden (her)gebruikt. Deze zendingen worden uitgevoerd in ons logistieke centrum in Waalwijk.

HealthLink Europe is groot geworden door het aanbieden van maatwerk, logistieke totaaloplossingen voor start- en scale-up bedrijven. Hierdoor hebben wij een grote hoeveelheid klanten (+/- 150) liggen met ieder zijn eigen proces. Deze klanten kiezen voor ons omdat wij gaan voor premium kwaliteit en service. Als Manager Warehouse Operations ligt de uitdaging om ervoor te zorgen dat elke klant de service en kwaliteit krijgt die hij verdient

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor alle warehouse processen van onze klanten. Inbound, outbound en VAS. Je bewaakt de voortgang, de budgetten en zorgt voor een fijne werksfeer. De focus ligt op operationele excellentie. Door transparante communicatie te promoten zorg je dat elke collega (direct en/of indirect) op de hoogte is van de resultaten, plannen, veranderingen en prioriteiten Hierbij horen ook aanbevelingen op het gebied van werkmethoden, hulpmiddelen en de inrichting van het warehouse. Overige werkzaamheden zijn onder andere:

Reageren op vastgestelde afwijkingen aan de hand van corrigerende en preventieve acties (CAPA).
Zorgen voor een kwantitatief en kwalitatief optimale personeelsbezetting.
Instrueren, coachen en begeleiden van medewerkers.
Aansturing van Supervisors met betrekking tot de behaalde resultaten, issues en verbeteringen.
Naleving van en toezicht op de naleving van wettelijke voorschriften en bedrijfsverplichtingen.

Als Manager Warehouse Operations rapporteer je aan de Director Global Warehousing en geef je direct leiding aan 2-4 Supervisors Warehouse. Ons warehouse heeft ongeveer 85 FTE in totaal.

Voor deze rol zoeken we een persoonlijkheid die kan verbinden op verschillende niveaus Zowel op de vloer, als met de office afdelingen. Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een logistieke richting.
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Manager Warehouse Operations. Bij voorkeur in een complexe multi-client omgeving.
Ervaring met complexe en uitgebreide kwaliteitsstandaarden van diverse klanten.
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift. Beide talen zijn van belang
Ervaring met TMS & WMS systemen.

Omdat jouw persoonlijkheid doorslaggevend is in ons selectieproces zal een drijfveren assessment onderdeel uitmaken van de procedure.
