**Elke maand worden er superveel projecten georganiseerd voor Stichting Opkikker. Een sterk staaltje organisatiekunst en relatiebeheer is daarvoor onmisbaar. Ben jij een punctuele duizendpoot die al deze acties in goede banen weet te leiden? Dan is deze functie misschien wel wat voor jou. Wij zijn per direct op zoek naar een Coördinator binnenkomende projecten.**

**Over Stichting Opkikker**:
Wij organiseren - inmiddels bijna 29 jaar - Opkikkerdagen en andere evenementen voor gezinnen met een ziek gezinslid. Tijdens een Opkikkerdag nemen wij de gezinnen mee naar een andere wereld: onze Opkikkerwereld. Een wereld waarin de ziekte even géén hoofdrol speelt en het alleen maar draait om het samenzijn met het gezin. We ontzorgen hen een hele dag lang met een supergaaf activiteitenprogramma dat helemaal is toegesneden op hun specifieke gezinssituatie. Een groots feest, helikoptervluchten, rondrijden in stoere auto's of verkleed als echte prinses rondgereden worden in een koets: niets is te gek

**Jouw rol als coördinator binnenkomende projecten**:
Als coördinator binnenkomende projecten ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de binnenkomende projecten/acties van Stichting Opkikker. Of het nu gaat om een sponsorloop op een school, een grootschalige kerstactie van een televisieomroep of een Opkikker ambassadeur dat cupcakes gaat verkopen; jij begeleidt deze actievoerders van begin tot eind, regelt alle benodigdheden en zorgt dat het administratief allemaal tiptop in orde is Daarnaast ga jij op zoek naar potentiële nieuwe projecten, bedrijven en initiatieven om ervoor te zorgen dat de inkomsten uit binnenkomende acties blijft groeien In jouw functie werk je nauw samen met jouw collega's van het team PR & Fondsenwerving.

**Dit ga je doen**:

- Nauw contact met particulieren/bedrijven die in actie komen voor Stichting Opkikker
- Actief benaderen van potentiële actievoerders en andere serviceclubs zoals de Rotary, maar ook netwerken bij bedrijven
- Van A tot Z begeleiden van de binnenkomende projecten
- Administratie rondom de acties
- Financiële verslaglegging van de acties
- Op zoek naar kansen om de binnenkomende acties steeds verder uit te breiden
- Coördineren van het actieplein tijdens onze Ambassadeursdagen
- Ondersteunen van jouw collega's bij de projecten die we zelf organiseren

**Dit ben jij**:

- Je hebt mínimaal een afgeronde relevante MBO opleiding
- Je bent administratief vaardig
- Je bent accuraat en secuur
- Je weet mensen en bedrijven te binden
- Je kan goed samenwerken, maar kan ook zelfstandig projecten oppakken
- Je hebt een proactieve houding
- Je bent goed in plannen
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan goed met deadlines omgaan
- Je hebt affiniteit met onze doelgroep
- Je woont in een straal van 40 km van ons kantoor in Almere
- Je hebt er geen problemen mee om af en toe in het weekend te werken
- Het is een pré als je relevante werkervaring hebt
- Het is een pré als je in het bezit bent van je rijbewijs

**Wat wij bieden**:

- Een afwisselende functie voor uur per week in een bijzondere organisatie
- Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor 7 maanden met de intentie deze te verlengen bij goed functioneren
- Een salaris tussen de € 2.564;
- en € 3.452;
- bruto per maand obv 40 uur, afhankelijk van opleiding en relevante werkervaring
- Goede en marktconforme secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden
