You'll be part of our Finance division, a part of Topicus, within the Mortgages business line. By automating manual and error-prone tasks and improving our processes, we make mortgage application processing easier and faster for our customers. You'll join a close-knit, international team called Kingsmen, consisting of Developers, Testers, a Product Owner and of course analysts. Some of our colleagues work in Vietnam, and most in Deventer. A nice perk; we visit our colleagues in Vietnam a few times a year If you like you can join us on those trips.

As an Information Analyst, you bridge the gap between technical and functional aspects. Within team Kingsmen, we work on the Force Product Suite (Topicus | Case | Automatiseren van hypotheekaanvragen). We work on innovations with input from our clients, such as Volksbank, ING and Rabobank. It's up to you to fully grasp what our customers need and work with the team to find suitable solutions. As an Information Analyst, you'll have extensive contact with internal (and external) stakeholders, such as product teams and customer teams, to create and maintain an overview, and to clarify and understand end-user needs.

Research skills, curiosity and analytical thinking. Your task is to uncover the underlying questions: what customers want and truly need. Additionally, we find the following important:

• Familiarity with software development
• Preferably, a completed HBO-level degree
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in daily interaction with colleagues
• Ability to maintain overview and work accurately: you lead in assessing time, risks, and impact of actions
• Residing in the Netherlands
• Proficiency in both English and Dutch (B1 level)
• Available for at least 32 hours per week.
