E&I Technicus

Fulltime (40 uur) – Dordrecht – Maintenance – mbo niveau 3-4

Werken als E&I Technicus op onze productielocatie betekent werken met apparatuur in de breedste zin van het woord. Met een erfenis van ruim 200 jaar verdiep jij je in alle facetten van het vak: je werkt zowel met bewezen methodes als met de nieuwste technieken in de chemie. Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor je taken en krijgt de vrijheid om je eigen keuzes te maken.

Chemie is onze passie – aan de slag als E&I Technicus

Na een uitgebreide inwerkperiode, waarin je kennismaakt met onze business, installaties en processen, werk je samen met het team aan het onderhouden, monteren en testen van onze procesinstallaties en equipment. Dit doe je zowel preventief als correctief. Zo word je de expert in het lokaliseren, beoordelen en oplossen van storingen aan onze besturingssystemen, meet- en regelsystemen en elektro-installaties. Belangrijk hierbij is dat je altijd rekening houdt met de geldende veiligheidsregels.

Je geeft je rol o.a. vorm door het:

uitvoeren van controles, inspecties en periodieke reparaties en vervangingen in je eigen vakgebied; doen van verbetervoorstellen voor het optimaliseren van de veiligheid, performance, kosten en levensduur van onze procesinstallaties en equipment; oplossen van gemelde storingen door PLC- en DCS-systemen te observeren.

We Are Living Chemistry: jij ook als E&I Technicus?

We willen altijd veilig en duurzaam werken. Daarom zoeken we technici die veiligheid prioriteit geven, accuraat te werk gaan en probleemoplossend denken. Je bent communicatief sterk, hebt een prettige manier van samenwerken en bent goed in de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Werken onder druk kun je uitstekend. Daarnaast ben je nieuwsgierig en gedreven, en volg je technische ontwikkelingen op de voet.

Daar horen de volgende kwalificaties bij:

Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 3 of 4 in Elektrotechniek, Energietechniek of Meet- en Regeltechniek Enkele jaren ervaring in de chemische industrie is pré Verstand van geautomatiseerde besturingssystemen Kennis van installatie- en veiligheidsvoorschriften Bij voorkeur aanvullende certificaten op het gebied van meet- en regeltechniek
