Voor ons kantoor in Eindhoven met als focus Industrial Automation zijn wij op zoek naar een Office Service Professional.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

- Front Desk Service
- Begroeten van gasten en klanten bij de receptie en het aannemen van de telefoon
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor de "Track & Trace" en het sorteren van inkomende en uitgaande mail
- Invoeren van facturen in ons betaalsysteem
- Barista service
- Beheer van kantoor artikelen
- Bijhouden en updaten van de front desk handleiding
- Administreren en bijhouden van facturen
- Afspraken maken en voorbereidinging treffen voor training en het bijhouden van deelnemers
- Contracten beheren
- Bijhouden van niet-zakelijke derde partij leveringscontracten, bestellingen en facturen
- Andere taken toegewezen door de Operation Director
- De positie is beschikbaar voor 8 maanden met de mogelijkheid op verlenging
- Ons kantoor wordt verwacht te verhuizen naar Helmond in het derde of vierde kwartaal van 2021
