Als medewerker van het laboratorium krijg je te maken met: Analyseren van monsters uit het productieproces, eindproducten en grondstoffen van leveranciers, zodat een optimale productkwaliteit gerealiseerd wordt en het proces tijdig kan worden bijgesteld om de specificaties van de klant te halen..
Na een introductie periode ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
Uitvoeren van standaard analyses van monsters en van grondstoffen van leveranciers. Melden van afwijkingen in specificaties en adviseren ten aanzien van mogelijke aanpassingen in het productieproces. Uitvoeren van klant gerelateerde analyses volgens standaard methoden. Gebruikte Technieken: Dichtheidsbepalingen, Visuele controles, XRD, XRF, Laser Granulometrie, IC, Gravimetrie, Fysische testen, Kleurbepaling, LOI, Zeef Analyses, Tiitraties. Uitvoeren van analyses van eindproducten. Registeren van analyse resultaten in SAP/R3. Monitoren, analyseren, signaleren en rapporteren van trends en afwijkingen van de prod. kwaliteit. Verzamelen van product, etiketteren en versturen van samples (minder dan 25 kg). Deelnemen in het Bedrijfshulpverleningsteam, zodat een juiste assistentie verleend wordt bij calamiteiten.
