Purpose:
This position focuses on managing customer relationships and projects, overseeing key client projects on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages customer relationships by engaging with customers regularly
- Tracks customer service KPIs and maintenance budget, and implements action plans accordingly
- Proactively identifies and addresses internal issues to prevent customer escalations
- Handles crisis management by developing and communicating resolution plans in collaboration with customers and internal teams
- Coordinates stakeholders for issue resolution
- Facilitates internal and external communication (with customers) on a regular basis
- Identifies service enhancement opportunities to ensure contract renewals
- Addresses moderate issues and escalates complex problems to senior staff
- Demonstrates strong knowledge in the field
- Provides guidance and support to a team
- Works under general supervision
