Purpose:

This position focuses on managing customer relationships and projects, overseeing key client projects on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages customer relationships by engaging with customers regularly
  • Tracks customer service KPIs and maintenance budget, and implements action plans accordingly
  • Proactively identifies and addresses internal issues to prevent customer escalations
  • Handles crisis management by developing and communicating resolution plans in collaboration with customers and internal teams
  • Coordinates stakeholders for issue resolution
  • Facilitates internal and external communication (with customers) on a regular basis
  • Identifies service enhancement opportunities to ensure contract renewals
  • Addresses moderate issues and escalates complex problems to senior staff
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge in the field
  • Provides guidance and support to a team
  • Works under general supervision
