Job Title: Financial Specialist at Lybrae

Responsibilities:

• Shapes the financial feasibility of simple and complex spatial projects
• Responsible for estimating simple and complex spatial area developments and investment projects
• Provides financial advice to project management when requested
• Monitors land development, exploitation plans, and credits from a specialization perspective, advising on adjustments
