Get involved in the growth story in Maasdijk We are looking for a motivated Operator to join the team and ensure the quality of the products.
What you will be doing- Responsibilities include packaging products during your shift.
- Supervising a team of 9-20 production workers.
- Maintaining quality standards and assisting with minor issues.
- Gathering production orders and preparing the machine for operation.
- Salary of €3000.
- Additional 25% bonus.
- Two shifts: 06:00 - 15:00 and 17:00 - 01:00.
- Secure job with a permanent contract.
- Full-time position (40 hours).
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and/or English.
- Previous experience as an operator.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment.
