Candid Amplify is het mediacluster van Candid. Onder Amplify vallen mediabureau STROOM, Mediacommerce-bureau M2|OC, Finance, Trading en het team Research & Insights. Dit team opereert ten behoeve van zowel STROOM als M2|OC, maar hun expertise wordt ook ingezet door de overige Candid agencies.

Ter versterking van ditResearch & Insights team zijn we op zoek naar een Research & Insights Director / Team Lead die het team – momenteel bestaande uit 3 FTE en 2 stagiaires - met enthousiasme naar de volgende fase kan brengen. Word de drijvende kracht achter onze groei en innovatie

Over de rol

Als teamlead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en begeleiden van jouw team. Research & Insights werkt samen met strategen en communications consultants van de media(commerce) bureaus M2|OC en STROOM. Ook doet het team onafhankelijk van de mediabureaus marktonderzoek om de fundering waarop media- en marketingcampagnes gebouwd worden te ontwikkelen. Hiervoor gebruik je niet alleen onze speciale tools en onderzoeken, maar ook je eigen kennis en creativiteit.

Met uitgebreide kennis van het concurrentielandschap en de markttrends ben jij in staat om onze positie te versterken en te anticiperen op veranderingen in de branche. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de accountteams van onze preferred partners om werkprocessen te vereenvoudigen en eventuele 'issues' tussen vraag en aanbod te verminderen.

Wat je gaat doen

Je zet de volgende stap met team Research & Insights als centraal kenniscentrum van Amplify, het mediacluster van Candid.

Je ontwikkelt nieuwe producten en diensten om Candid agencies continu te voorzien van de laatste data en inzichten.

Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de bureaus én team Trading, die jouw kennis en expertise nodig hebben voor een vraagstuk van een nieuwe of bestaande klant.

Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor diverse (klant)rapportages.

Je onderhoudt intensief contact met interne stakeholders, klanten, exploitanten en externe onderzoeksbureaus.

Je begeleidt en leidt op; jouw (junior) collega's kunnen veel van je leren. Je zet graag de lijnen uit in een aansturende rol die jou op het lijf is geschreven.

Wat je meeneemt

5-10 jaar werkervaring in de marketingcommunicatie-branche. Ervaring met media- en marketingonderzoek is een pre.

Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in relevante richtingen zoals Communicatie, Marketing of Psychologie.

Een natuurlijke nieuwsgierigheid om dingen tot op de bodem uit te willen zoeken.

Communicatieve skills: je maakt heldere presentaties én weet deze feilloos voor het voetlicht te brengen.

Je beschikt over organisatorische kwaliteiten; je kunt eenvoudig de benodigde mensen, acties, tijd of middelen in kaart brengen om de doelen te bereiken.

Je vindt het leuk om mee te werken aan commerciële,- onderzoeks- en new-businessprojecten.

Je hebt uitgebreide ervaring in het opzetten, uitvoeren en doorontwikkelen van onderzoeksprojecten.

Je hebt (enige) ervaring met SPSS, HTML-programmeren en Microsoft Office.

Je hebt een ijzersterk analytisch en strategisch vermogen.

Je bent nauwkeuring, ambitieus en hebt een proactieve instelling.

Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
