Join Our Team as a Legal Advisor Contracts at YoungCapital in Hoofddorp

In this role, you will handle the legal aspects of sales contracts within our organization. You ensure that everything is legally sound and that we comply with all laws and regulations. You work closely with our commercial teams and are able to explain your expertise in a clear manner. Alongside your 5 colleagues, you make a difference daily. You contribute to the development of our legal policies with the main goal of helping all young people find employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating, drafting, and negotiating sales contracts;
  • Identifying and managing legal risks in sales contracts;
  • Providing advice on minimizing risks;
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in contractual matters;
  • Advising and guiding internal stakeholders on contract issues;
  • Supporting the sales department during negotiations;
  • Maintaining a structured contract management system and ensuring timely archiving and reporting;
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.

As a Legal Advisor Contracts at YoungCapital, you will have autonomy and responsibility. Flexible working is not an issue. Our team gathers at our headquarters in Hoofddorp one to two days a week.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in Law;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a lawyer in a commercial environment;
  • Experience and interest in contract law;
  • Experience in diverse stakeholder management and enjoy providing advice;
  • A self-starter who excels in independent work;
  • Curious and willing to challenge within legal boundaries.
