In the Sports & Exercise Landscape, we educate our students on how to offer interactive sports and exercise activities, provide lessons and guidance, and organize competitions, tournaments, or events for different target groups. This all happens in an environment where everything breathes Sports & Exercise. Although our focus is on sports and exercise, students can also apply what they learn in other areas. Organizational skills, social abilities, and entrepreneurship are valuable everywhere. The Sports & Exercise team consists of approximately 100 enthusiastic teachers and support staff. Together, we provide our students with talented education.
For the Zwolle location, we are looking for an enthusiastic Student Administration employee due to the departure of one of our current colleagues.

A well-functioning administration is crucial for education. You will work on demand within the teaching team.

• You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and verifying administrative data.
• You will support the teaching team with administrative, organizational, and secretarial tasks.
• You will have a monitoring and signaling role towards the team and the larger organization.

• Demonstrable minimum relevant vocational education level;
• You are digitally skilled, especially in Microsoft 365, but experience with business applications such as Eduarte is a plus;
• You are highly customer-oriented towards colleagues and students;
• You are strong in communication, both verbally and in drafting and evaluating written communication;
• Flexibility, a practical approach, a very active attitude, decisiveness, the ability to work solution-oriented with team spirit;
• You are meticulous;
• You can organize your work independently.

• Salary scale 5 according to Collective Labor Agreement (€2279.00 gross per month for a full-time workweek);
