Senior Director - Head of Supply Chain, EMEA

As the Senior Director for Supply Chain in the EMEA region, you will lead and oversee the entire supply chain operation. Working closely with global Supply Chain and cross-functional partners, your role is to ensure an efficient, cost-effective supply chain that aligns with business objectives and customer satisfaction. You will drive a multi-year growth journey in EMEA, expanding market presence and optimizing the logistics network by drawing inspiration from diverse industries and global climates. Your accountability includes creating a strategic roadmap for innovation, quality, cost-effectiveness, speed, and sustainability to support the global business.

  • Develop, communicate, and execute a long-term supply chain strategy for the region in alignment with global brand vision
  • Manage and optimize supply chain processes for quality, speed, and cost efficiency
  • Lead initiatives to enhance supply chain capabilities and position EMEA supply chain as best in the class
  • Build a results-driven team fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Establish strong relationships across the value chain, internally and externally
  • Monitor supply chain performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices
  • Implement cutting-edge technologies for enhanced visibility and control
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Oversee logistics supply chain and sustainability initiatives in the region meeting corporate objectives
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
  • Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and methodologies
  • Experience in managing supply chain operations in the EMEA region
  • Transformational leadership skills with a passion for brand growth
  • Knowledge of trade policies and legislative actions
  • Ability to drive projects to successful completion
  • Comfortable working at all levels within the organization
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field; master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management
  • 8+ years of leadership experience with a record of team development
  • Proficiency in matrix environments and stakeholder management
  • Track record of leading global supply chains and driving growth
  • Network Design and Distribution Center launch experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive change and business growth
Other Requirements
  • Location : Must reside near Amsterdam office
  • Return To Work Designation : In-office 2-4 days a week
  • Travel : 5-10% annually
