Job description


As a programmer/operator for welding robots, you are responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of processes related to two welding robots.

You will be involved in both offline and online programming and will be responsible for using and creating the right fixtures and tools to ensure optimal production.

You will be part of a dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the welding robots.


Responsibilities:

Programming of welding robots both online and offline.
Designing new jigs and improving existing ones.
Monitoring the quality of welding.
Finishing and post-processing of products according to standards.
Ensuring the most efficient use of the welding robots.
Guiding fellow welding robot operators.
Playing a guiding role within the team.

Requirements:

Vocational education and thinking level 3-4 (obtained through education or work experience).
Technical and professional knowledge of TIG and MIG/MAG welding processes.
Experience in programming welding robots.
Experience with the DTPS/Valk Welding programming system is an advantage.
Proficiency in working with modern computer-controlled machines.
Energetic and driven with a positive mentality.

Flexibility and willingness to work in 2 shifts (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Friday until 5:00 PM).

VCA certificate (if not already in possession, willing to obtain it).
Good knowledge and command of the Dutch and English language.
