PHI is looking for a Regiebehandelaar in multiple locations: Eindhoven, Heerlen, Hoofddorp, Maastricht, Oosterhout, Roermond, Sittard, Utrecht with deadline on May 30, 2024.

In the position of Regiebehandelaar, you will coordinate the care process and be responsible for the integrity of the treatment process. You will be the central point of contact for everyone involved, including therapists, clients, and their families, throughout the treatment journey. In addition to the coordinating role and the substantive responsibilities as Regiebehandelaar, you will also have a coaching role within the treatment team. You will take the lead in necessary work supervision and act as a supervisor within the treatment team. Additionally, you will provide advice to the organization regarding the development and innovation of treatment methodologies, professional development of therapists, and other quality-related processes, such as education.

What do we expect from you?

  • A degree as a Nurse Specialist, GZ psychologist, Psychotherapist, or Clinical Psychologist (BIG registered);
  • Demonstrated affinity for interdisciplinary work and a preference for our target group;
  • Professional knowledge, good coordinating/regulatory skills, and strong communication skills;
  • An active approach to developing, improving, and implementing (new) treatment methods;
  • Availability of at least 18 hours per week.

If you work within our organization as a Regiebehandelaar, we offer you the freedom and opportunity to shape this role yourself (within defined frameworks) according to your interests and experience. This may include a combination of client contact, supervision, work guidance, education, and involvement in scientific research. For this full-time position, you will receive a very generous, above-market remuneration and a pension scheme via PFZW. If you are a GZ psychologist in training to be a specialist, we are willing to cover the study costs incurred.
